General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between basa8 ("Company", "we", "us") and any user ("User", "you", "your") of our website and services. By accessing basa8.cam or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using a family member's account, or operating an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all funds from all associated accounts being forfeited and the accounts permanently closed.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Your name, date of birth, mobile number and other details must be genuine. If any information changes, you must update your profile immediately or notify our support team.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless it can be proven that the breach was caused by a fault in our system.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
basa8 may carry out identity verification at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for this purpose:
- Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of payment method (name must match the bKash / Nagad / Rocket account)
We may place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false or altered documents will result in immediate account termination.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at basa8: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name on your basa8 account.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
- Keep proof of your deposit
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
- Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes
- Identity verification must be completed
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad or Rocket)
- If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met
Withdrawals generally take 10–45 minutes. However, processing may take longer due to technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider.
4.3 Currency Policy
basa8 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, bonuses and winnings will be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. We will not accept any claims related to currency conversion.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must place bets equal to 15 times the total bonus amount before you become eligible to withdraw.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus. You must wager a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) before withdrawing.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be used once
- The bonus must be used within the specified time period (as stated in the applicable promotion)
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
- After wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be converted to real money
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated
- basa8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus
5.3 VIP Program
basa8's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you advance to higher tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on basa8 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail on the game page.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits. Bet limits may change when a bonus is active. Placing unusually high bets while using a bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is detected:
- Creating an account using a false or fake identity
- Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses
- Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (arbitrage, low-risk hedging)
- Using software, bots, scripts or automation tools
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes
- Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Depositing funds from a third-party account
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
Violating any of these rules may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Limitation of Liability
